Animations
 
The CD-ROM that is included with the textbook contains all the animations from the Tutorials (which are available separately). The purpose of the animations is to illustrate concepts from the text that can benefit from a dynamic presentation. It is envisioned that a student reading the text who has a computer available would enter the number of the animation in the text field labeled "Enter A/V Code" to call up each animation as desired.
 
The animations can also be called up using the menu labeled "Animations," either from an alphabetical list or from lists of animations in each chapter. All of the animations used in the tutorials are on these lists. Thus, an instructor could use this disk during a lecture to play appropriate animations.
